One Long Friday is made by Chandler Allan Arts. Ticket money pays for new art and new content: outfits, stages, places to explore and things to do. A ticket is cosmetic only. Nothing you buy changes skills, money or progress, and everything you can earn by playing stays free. Every ticket pays its full price back in supporter points, carries its own serial number, and is your seat in the closed tests.
The playtest running now is free and needs no ticket. Tickets are for what comes after it, and for supporting the game today: the first supporters keep the lowest ticket numbers for good.

Prices in US dollars. You pay on the Chandler Allan Arts store's secure Shopify checkout; the ticket arrives on your game account a minute or two after payment. Items you already own come back to you as points instead. Artist Pass prints ship within the United States at no extra cost; elsewhere, shipping is added at checkout.

Some rewards are built already and some are being built; your ticket holds them all, and each one arrives in the game as it is finished. Nothing in any column changes how the game plays.

The tests open in waves. A ticket gets you into its wave and every wave after it, and we email you when yours starts. Until then you can sign in any time and claim your items and points.

How it works
The button takes you to the Chandler Allan Arts store's Shopify checkout with the ticket in your cart. Use the email you want on your game account.
Your receipt has an order number, like #1042. That number and your email are your ticket.
Already playing? Sign in and open Phone > Wallet, enter the order number, and your items and points arrive. New? When your wave opens, sign up with that email and the order number as your invite key.
Your ticket lives on your account, not on a device. It survives every test and the launch wipe. The number on it never changes.

Questions
No. Everything in a ticket is cosmetic: how you look, what your name looks like, your title, your Lantern. Nothing changes skills, money, prices or progress, and everything you can earn by playing stays free. There are no random boxes and no countdowns; the tickets stay on sale.
The playtest running now is free and needs no ticket. Platinum VIP and the Artist Pass open Closed Alpha 2, the first paid test. VIP opens Closed Beta 1. General Admission and GA Plus open Closed Beta 2, right before the open beta, which is open to everyone. We email you when your wave starts.

Yes. Email us with your order number and we quote the difference between what you paid and the ticket you want, so starting small never costs you more.
The game's cosmetic currency. Buying art from Chandler Allan Arts earns one point a dollar; every ticket pays its full price back in points on top of its items, to spend on anything in the Supporter Store.
Today: the points, the titles, the outfits, wings, auras, gloves, phone case and Lantern shell, and your numbered ticket. The name colours, wristbands and festival moments (the poster, the shout-out, the pagoda) arrive in the game as each one is finished. Your ticket holds all of them from the day you buy it.
Within 14 days of buying, yes: email us with your order number. The refund takes the ticket, its items and its points back. The Artist Pass print is made to order, so once it has been engraved the pass can no longer be refunded.
Yes. Buy it with their email, or buy it with yours and send them the order number and the email. The Artist Pass also comes with two General Admission tickets to give away: email us the two names and addresses after you buy.
Your ticket is on your account, so it is there on every device you sign in on. Tickets are bought here on the website, not inside the phone app.
